Anna Castellari, a female harpist who graduated with honors from the Bruno Maderna Conservatory in Cesena, Italy, chose "harp suites composed in the 40 years between 1948 and 1988" as the theme for her debut recording. In addition to masterpieces by Britten and Chertok, she has completed a unique and fascinating program with a suite by Watkins, a harpist at the Royal Opera House, Covent Garden, and works by Maros, a pupil of Kodály, and Masaias of England. The instruments used are Lion & Healy's Salzedo. Tokyo M-Plus
