A solo album from 2011 by a guitarist/composer active in ENINE and Rozmainsky & Mikhaylov Project with an independent and maniacal melodic rock sound! Vladimir Mikhailov is known as a guitarist/composer of Rozmainsky & Mikhaylov Project, an instrumental-oriented progressive rock project named after himself, and ENINE, an up-and-coming progressive/space rock band. The album features songs written and recorded during the lockdown period following the 2020 Corona Disaster.In addition to his own multi-instrumentalist playing, he is supported by Ivan Rozmainsky (key) and Evgeny Trefilov (drs), who are active in Roz Vitalis as well as Rozmainsky & Mikhaylov Project, and Ilya Frolov (key) of ENINE, and other related people. The album is a hard sympho "Runaway" with female vocals, "Gemini and Libra "Shadowplay" featuring congas and incorporating elements of world music, and the spacy "Exitus" with the essence of ENINE. The core of the album is a vocally oriented, laid-back melodic rock with feedback from 80's mainstream rock and AOR influences, which is surprising given the band's direction.The slightly unrefined male vocals and the muddy mixing may give the impression that this is an independent work from the 90s or 00s, but on the contrary, it is a fresh sound nowadays.
