Mickey Yoshino's "NEVER GONE feat. Yasuyuki Okamura" from his CD album "Keep On Kickin' It" (2022), released with Seiji Kameda as producer, is being commercialized for the first time on analog 7-inch! In commemoration of Mickey Yoshino's 70th birthday, the album "Keep On Kickin' It" (released in 2022) was produced by Seiji Kameda as a producer, and was filled with all of Mickey Yoshino's musical life, transcending both time and generation. The long-awaited analog version of "NEVER GONE feat. Yasuyuki Okamura," the only new song on the self-tribute album with many gorgeous guests and the album's final song, is now available! This newly written song expresses the artist's feelings for his allies, including Takako Asano, who was also a member of Godaigo and a fellow musician of the same generation who has departed to heaven. Lily Frankie (pen name: Elvis Woodstock) reconstructed the English lyrics of the original song in Japanese. Yasuyuki Okamura was invited as a guest vocalist in response to Mickey's love call.The B-side features a previously unreleased instrumental version of the song for the first time. This is a rare take of the song, in which Mickey Yoshino himself plays the melody, reminiscent of the song included in the soundtrack work "Otoko-tachi no Tabiji" of yesteryear!
