Since the release of her debut album "Norah Jones (Come Away With Me)" in 2002, which became a huge long seller, Norah Jones has brought her comfortable, reassuring and warm voice to the world. To commemorate the March release of her latest original album "Visions," her first in four years, Norah Jones has reissued many of her previous releases in single-layer SACD-SHM format. This remarkable lineup includes many titles that are being made available on SACD for the first time! This is her first full original album since 2016's Day Breaks. Overall, the album mainly features songs that allow the listener to enjoy the same jazzy Nora as on the previous album, but it also includes ballads sung with piano, powerful blues-tinged songs, and everything else that Nora is currently known for. Although a few of the songs have been co-written by Nora, all of the lyrics were written by Nora herself. Nora also produced 9 of the 11 songs on the album.The other two songs ("I'm Alive" and "Heaven Above") were produced by Wilco frontman Jeff Tweedy, who has been a driving force in US indie rock since the 1990s, and Jeff also wrote the lyrics for those two songs with Nora. Recording duties were handled by Tom Schick, a master musician who has worked on many of Nora's songs, and Patrick Dillett, a Grammy Award-winning musician. The top runners in their respective fields have gathered to create this work of art.
