This jazz compilation is supervised by Mr. Kikuchi, who became devoted to modern jazz soon after the war through records he received as hand-me-downs from the Occupation Forces. This compilation is full of masterpieces from the golden age of modern jazz, including Blue Note and Prestige, and is recommended for jazz beginners as well.
