Ai Kuwabara's debut 10th anniversary album. Ai Kuwabara's white-hot trio live performances throughout Japan. This year marks the 10th anniversary of pianist Ai Kuwabara's 2012 debut, which made an impact on the jazz scene. In recent years, Ai Kuwabara has been expanding her activities beyond genres, composing music for the new musical "If the Rain Never Stopped" and collaborating with Ryota Fujimaki and Miyu Sakiki, but this album, commemorating her 10th anniversary, will be performed with Keisuke Torigoe (bass) and Muneomi Senju (drums), who are the core of her activities as a jazz pianist. Since the live stage is where the trio is at its best, the entire "Recording Tour 2022 "Live Takes"" was recorded at four venues throughout Japan from April to July 2022, and the best takes from the recordings were carefully selected for this album. In addition to self-covers of her own representative songs, Ai Kuwabara arranged famous songs that transcend genres such as classical, jazz, rock, and soul. Ai Kuwabara's talent as an arranger is also fully demonstrated in this work.The Rolling Stones' "She's a Rainbow," a well-known song in commercials, rock numbers by Talking Heads and the Velvet Underground, and "Habanera" from the famous opera "Carmen" are also included in the program. The jazz music is beautifully sublimated into jazz music.
