To celebrate the 30th anniversary of the release of "Nevermind," Geffen/UMe will be releasing a reissue of the album in several various formats, beginning November 12, 2021.This deluxe 2-CD edition includes the latest remastered version of the original album and a full set of previously unreleased live recordings. The historical masterpiece "Nevermind" has been newly remastered, this time from the original 1/2-inch stereo analog tapes. Included among the previously unreleased material, now officially released for the first time, are live recordings of four shows that document Nirvana's historic upward trajectory on stage. The four shows include: The Netherlands: Live in Amsterdam (recorded November 25, 1991 at the renowned Paradiso club), the US: Live in Del Mar (recorded December 28, 1991 at the Pat O'Brien Pavilion in the Del Mar Fair Grounds, California, USA), and Australia: Live in Amsterdam (recorded November 25, 1991 at the famous Paradiso club in Amsterdam, California, USA). Live in Melbourne (recorded for radio station Triple J at The Palace, St. Kilda, February 1, 1992), and Live in Tokyo (recorded at Nakano Sun-plaza, Nakano, February 19, 1992).CD2 contains a total of 16 songs, which can be considered the highlight version of the live recordings from the four newly remastered shows. Four songs from the aforementioned first Japan tour are included. This product will be available for purchase on Friday, so it will be delivered on or after the day of release.
