The new OVA "Scryde Alternation" is also included in the box set! -- In the near future at the beginning of the 21st century, a part of Kanagawa Prefecture suddenly experienced a massive upheaval of unknown origin centered on Yokohama, creating a 30km radius of land known as the "Lost Ground". The Japanese government reconstructed the Lost Ground, but a special two-tier society was formed: the "inner" residents of the reconstructed city and the "outer" residents of the collapsed area. Somewhere along the way, newborns born in the Lost Ground began to possess special abilities called "Alter abilities," and those who used their abilities to commit violence and looting came to be known as "Native Alters. The mainland responded by establishing the "HOLY" unit of Alter abilities within the "HOLD" police agency in the Lost Ground.The story begins when Alter-user Kazuma, born and raised in the collapsed district of the Lost Ground, meets Alter-user Liu Feng, who belongs to HOLY. Includes all 26 episodes of the TV series.
