The life work of the composer, known exclusively for his operas and other large-scale works, which took half a century to complete, is now echoed in this volume! Monteverdi was a composer who dominated the world with operas such as "Orfeo" and "The Crowning of Poppea" and opened the door to the Baroque era. From the first volume of his Madrigale published in 1587 to the ninth volume in 1651, he spent more than half a century in the pursuit of new compositional techniques and styles. He continued to pursue new compositional techniques and styles.
