La Fonteverde, a full-fledged vocal ensemble formed in 2002 and led by Mitori Suzuki, will release its second recording of Monteverdi's complete madrigales, "Madrigale Collection Volume 2. This major project, the first of its kind by a Japanese composer and one of its kind in Europe, focuses on the composer's development and changes in style, following the life of Monteverdi as the project progresses. The life work of the composer, known exclusively for his operas and other large-scale works, which took half a century to complete, will now be presented in volume after volume!
