Italian organ and harpsichordist Roberto Lorejan performs Bach's Golberg Variations. A soloist and chamber musician who studied with Tom Copeman at the Royal Conservatory of Music in The Hague, Lorejan is interested in Italian keyboard works of the 17th and 18th centuries, and has made a recording of the complete keyboard works of 17th century composer Giovanni Battista Ferrini, and has devoted himself to the reissue of rare works. This time, however, he will perform Bach's "Goltberg Variations" in its entirety, a work that can be said to be the royal road to keyboard music.
