Produced and arranged by soul/jazz organist and keyboardist Ronnie Foster, this dynamic 4th album was recorded in Los Angeles by L.A. musicians. Two of the ten original songs were recorded in Japan, with the participation of Jun Aoyama, Hiroki Ito, Kenji Omura, and other members of the band. All songs were composed by the composer himself, with lyrics by Minako Yoshida, Mariya Takeuchi, Yasushi Akimoto, and others. The album includes "FIND SOMEBODY NEW" with Tatsuro Yamashita on the chorus, "ORLEANS ~Orleans of Memories~", a self-cover of "HORIZON" for Miyuki Kosaka, and "LOVE YOU FOR THE NIGHT ~25:00 Avenue~", a self-cover of "Ano Hi yo Aishiteru" for Haruko Kuwana.
