Richard "Dimples" Fields

Description:

The third album released on Boardwalk in 1983, also known as a black AOR masterpiece, is now available in a domestic version with an Obi commentary by All Days! *This item is a normal imported domestic spec with obi commentary, without the paper jacket. There are various theories regarding the birth of Richard "Dimples" Fields, with some sources claiming that he was born in New Orleans, Louisiana, and others in San Francisco, California. More often than not, it may be assumed that he was born in San Francisco. The circumstances in this area are a bit unclear. In any case, he was born on March 21, 1942, and unfortunately died of a stroke on January 12, 2000, in Novato, California. He was 57 years old. Richard "Dimples" Fields' "Dimples" means "dimples," a nickname given to him by a woman because of the dimples he always had on his face when he smiled. Let's take a look at the jacket of this album. It is indeed possible to confirm that he has dimples. In 1981, he signed a contract with Boardwalk Records, where he recorded three albums: "Dimples" (1981), "Mr. Look So Good! !" and this one, 1983's "Give Everybody Sam! in 1983. These three albums were reissued by "SOUL DISCRETION" in 2001, and the CDs you have now are the ones on this disc. In general, I think this album is a masterpiece of Black AOR. For example, if you like Stevie Woods' "Steel the Night," Leslie Smith's "Les Is More," or Ray Parker Jr.'s "Woman Needs Love," this is the album for you. In the past, Black Contemporary was known as "Black Contemporary" for short, and the fact that this music is still acceptable in this day and age in 2011 can be understood from the fact that reissues of these works are being released one after another.~From the description: Commentary by Kenji Hazuki, domestic edition with obi and commentary.
