The first full album of Swing Goat, formed in 2023 and consisting of members in their 40's. Their songs, which are always focused on "good melodies," are always worth listening to, sometimes refreshing, sometimes aggressive, sometimes nostalgic and sometimes sad. They are convincing because they debuted in their 40s and experienced society in their 30s while carrying the regrets of not having achieved the results they wanted in their 20s. What they want to convey in this album is "the importance of taking on challenges" and "the importance of one's own existence. And "It is because you are an adult that you can make your dreams come true" is the most important message they want to convey. In addition to their thoughts and messages, the quality of each song is simple, yet full of ingenuity, which is only possible because of the band. They are particular about melodies, and it is because of this that they are able to produce good melodies from various angles, making the full 32-minute album seem like a blink of an eye, and making you want to listen to it again.
