A 2-CD set of studio and live recordings made in the U.S.A.! URC (Underground Record Club) was born in 1969 as a pioneer of Japanese indie label, and ended its activities at the end of 70's. The album is the 8th reissue project of URC original albums. URC, which brought together Wataru Takada, Kenji Endo, Five Red Balloons, Ryo Kagawa, Happiendo, Nobuyasu Okabayashi, and many other cutting-edge talents, is the grandfather of Japanese folk/rock music. The rights to release the CDs were transferred to Sony Music in 2023, and this is the eighth in a series of CD reissues of URC's masterpieces that began in June. Boku wa Hirono ni Hitori Iru" is a 2-CD set recorded in 1972 at RCA Studios in Hollywood, California, and DISC 1 is a live performance at the Embassy Auditorium in Los Angeles, California, with the members chatting with each other. DISC 2 is a live performance at the Embassy Auditorium in Los Angeles, CA. This is the last studio recording of the band, as differences in direction surfaced during the making of this album. 2024 remastered/recorded on high quality Blu-spec CD2.
