In April 2020, the band will tour Japan for the first time in three years, for the ninth time. This time, the tour will be held in Japan-only live houses that are the envy of fans around the world, with 14 shows in Tokyo and Osaka! This will be the first tour in Japan since he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Literature, and a great chance to see Bob Dylan up close and personal. This Japan-specific album commemorating his visit to Japan is a product project that includes singles released in analog form over a 20-year period from 1965 on Columbia in Japan to 1985, including singles released on CBS Sony and Warner Pioneer, from which Dylan moved to CBS Sony. The jacket was designed in Japan to celebrate the band's visit to Japan, and the booklet will include jacket photos of all 31 songs, including the rare Nippon Columbia-era singles. It will also be released in Blu-Spec CD2 format. This is a commemorative edition/Japan-only project.
