Lacuna Coil, the reigning Italian metal band, has re-recorded "Comalise", their studio album released in 2002, for the 20th anniversary edition of "Comalise XX". Comalies," their third studio album, is an important work in the band's career that triggered the band's expansion into the U.S. and other parts of the world with the big hits "Heaven's A Rye" and "Swamped. Christina Scavia (Vo) says, "This isn't a reboot or a spin-off or anything, I wanted to see how they would be refined by putting them in their latest dress, born 20 years ago," and instead of simply re-recording the songs as they were, they deconstructed them once and made them 2022-spec DISC 1 contains the re-recorded "Comalies XX" and DISC 2 contains the original "Comalies" album.
