A speed metal band from Texas that called itself S.A. SLAYER because the band's name was covered with that SLAYER. The band later included Steve Cooper(Vo) of JUGGERNAUT, Dave McClain(Ds) of SACREDREICH~MACHINE HEAD, and Don Van Stavern(B) of RIOT. The sound is a speedier, rougher version of IRON MAIDEN, with some thrash-like riffs. The awkward directness and direct clumsiness are probably the greatest appeal of this album. This is the essence of pure metal!
