Swedish Metal Master=WOLF 9th album "Shadowland" formed in 1995. This is the 9th album by the Swedish metal band WOLF, who have inherited the genes from great metal bands and continue to pursue the "WOLF way", with the same members as on their previous albums. The title track "Shadowland," which was released in February, has already delighted fans with its classic, up-tempo sound. We couldn't tour for the obvious reason of Corona. So we were able to put all the time and effort into the new album. The sound of the new album feels like an update of Evil Star (2004), and many of the songs are reminiscent of the melodic and sinister The Black Flame (2006), but with something new to discover. I think fans from all eras of WOLF will find something to like here. And I look forward to hearing the audience's reaction when we perform it live again.Metal never dies! Niklas says, "Metal never dies!" as the 11 intense and highly addictive headbanger anthems come crashing in! The album artwork is by Thomas Holm, who has done cover art for KING DIAMOND and MERCYFUL FATE, and has also worked on WOLF's previous albums.
