The second CD on the 2-CD set includes live recordings from March 7, the first day of the "Daydream Tour" held at Tokyo Dome in March 1996, which was also the band's first concert in Japan. To commemorate the 30th anniversary of her debut this year, we are releasing a "behind the scenes" album that traces her career, including rare and previously unreleased recordings, and a new song "Save the Day," a major collaboration with the charismatic female singer Lauryn Hill, whose concert in Japan this December was an instant sell-out. One of the two CDs will be a live recording from March 7, 1996, the first day of her "Daydream Tour" held at Tokyo Dome in March 1996, and her first concert in Japan.This Japan tour is a legendary tour that will remain in the history of Western music, with tickets for all three dates selling out immediately after they went on sale, and a total of 150,000 people coming to see her perform live in Japan for the first time. Mariah's hit song "Lovers' Christmas" reached No. 1 on the U.S. singles chart at the end of last year, 25 years after its release, and earlier this year, it reached No. 1 on the U.S. singles chart for the first time ever, spanning four decades: '90, '00, '10, and '20s. In Japan, her best-selling album "The Ones" (original title: #1's), released in 1998, sold 3.6 million copies in Japan alone, the "highest-selling album in Western music history. She is a rare singer and songwriter who continues to reign as the "No. 1 female artist in Western music. Since July of this year, she has been releasing rare recordings, remixes, B-sides, and other rare live performance videos every Friday as part of a campaign to celebrate the 30th anniversary of her debut. The fifth series of videos of the beautiful Mariah from the 1990s, including her first live performance at a club in N.Y. in 1990 and a rare live performance on the popular British music program "Top of the Pops," are now available for viewing.
