Calvi was initially asked to compose for Season 5 in 2019, but her exceptional arrangements matched "Peaky Blinders" so perfectly that she was asked to work on the show's final season as well. While she composed all of the music for Season 5 and played most of it herself, including vocals, guitar, violin, piano, percussion, and harmonium, for Season 6, she brought in a number of musicians and, to give it a fresh flavor, brought in "Hunter" producer Nick Launay, the producer of "Hunter," was brought in to give it a fresh touch.Peaky Blinders: Season 5 & 6, consisting of 37 songs, includes the previously released original "You're Not God," the exuberant "Ain't No Grave," the "Peaky Blinders" theme song, Nick Cave & The Bad The album also includes Calvi's cover of Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds' "Red Right Hand," the theme song for "Peaky Blinders.
