nothing, nowhere. is the solo project of Joe Mulherin, a rapper/singer/songwriter/producer from Vermont. His genre-less sound is a fusion of alternative rock, pop, electro, rap, and punk, and his lyrics about mental anxiety and life's struggles have garnered the sympathy and support of his generation. He has taken on the 2000's music scene, including Linkin Park, which he says he created, and pushes forward into a darker world! His latest work, "VOID ETERNAL," featuring collaborations with a wide variety of guests, is now complete! He has been releasing his music on Soundcloud since around 2015. nothing, nowhere. self-released their debut album, The Nothing, Nowhere LP, the same year. Then in 2017, he released "REAPER" on DCD2 RECORDS, which focuses on guitar-based emo rap.The album spawned singles such as "hops up (feat. Dashboard Confessional)" and "skully," which received acclaim from U.S. media outlets such as The New York Times and Rolling Stone. The following year, 2018, saw the release of "RUINER," the first album from FUELED BY RAMEN. Featuring songs like "ruiner" and "rejecter," the album was described by THE FADER as "an exciting fusion of singing, hip-hop, and live performance with emo and alternative sounds. After releasing the collaborative EP "bloodlust" with Travis Barker, which was described as "like a sound from another world" by KERRANG! Since "TRAUMA FACTORY", nothing, nowhere. has returned to the scene with their first new album in two years! The long-awaited new album "VOID ETERNAL" was recorded in a home-made studio in a converted barn overlooking the Vermont woods. There, Joe Mulherin produced the album with only former Counterparts guitarist Black Hardman, recording engineer Brody McKeegan, producer Taylor Morgan, and a few close friends. The band's first album was released in 1985.The album includes the single "CYAN1DE" featuring Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy, "M1SERY SYNDROME" featuring Buddy Nielsen of Senses Fail, and the latest single, "THIRST4VIOLENCE" featuring Freddie Dredd and The album also features 12 tracks, including "THIRST4VIOLENCE" featuring Freddie Dredd and Silverstein. The album also features aggressive tracks from collaborations with Underoath, Static Dress, SeeYouSpaceCowboy, and Will Ramos' Lorna Shore. (1/2)
