The third album from one of this year's most anticipated blues guitar women, Vanya Sky! As the title suggests, the Croatian guitarist, who has been completely reborn and peeled off, delivers wild blues rock! In addition to the originals, original drummer Rick Lee appears on M10, a cover of Ten Years After, and bassist Jerry McAvoy, who played in the Gallagher Band, guests on M5, a Sam & Dave classic that was also covered by Rory Gallagher. Also included is a duet with current Nazareth singer Carl Sentance. Vanya Sky is now 28 years old and was born in Croatia. Her guitar influences include Rory Gallagher, Albert King, and SRV. 18 years old, she was so struck by the blues rock she heard at a local live club that she immediately bought a guitar on the Internet. He learned to play guitar from the musicians who performed in the clubs, and two years later he moved to the capital city of Zagreb and joined a blues band. Two years later, he moved to the capital city of Zagreb and joined a blues band, touring Serbia, Slovenia, and Germany to hone his skills. In 2017, she signed a contract with RUF Records, a German company with a reputation for nurturing blues women.He immediately moved to the United States to record his first album, "Bad Penny," in a Tennessee studio with producer Jim Gaines, and made his debut in 2018, just five years after beginning to play guitar. He then toured the world with Bernard Allison and Mike Zito, two guitarists of a hundred, on the Blues Caravan Tour, before changing his trademark blonde hair to black in 2020 and releasing his wild second album, "Woman's Name's Trouble." He is now a regular and firm favorite at rock and blues festivals throughout Europe.
