To commemorate the 50th anniversary of their inevitable encounter and the release of their sublime and passionate collaborative album of 1973, which they played as their souls commanded, the world's first SA-CD multi-hybrid disc is finally available! The guitar battle between Santana, who at that time was leaning toward the spiritual world while strengthening the jazz color of "Caravanserai" released the previous year, and McLaughlin, who was creating innovative jazz-rock with elements of Indian music with the Mahavishnu Orchestra, is now available in a high-quality surround sound mix that is different from the stereo version. The high quality surround sound mix takes you to another dimension of exuberance.

The SA-CD multi-channel is the original master of the Quadraphonic LP (4-channel mix), and the CD layer is the latest remastered version using the SA-CD stereo high-resolution master. The packaging is an elaborately resized 7-inch paper jacket version of the US Quadraphonic LP, and the overseas announcement poster from that time is also reissued.
