After walking the high road of the British rock scene with the Jeff Beck Group and the Faces, Rod Stewart became a full-fledged solo artist after the breakup of the Faces. He moved his base of operations to the U.S. and released a series of albums, all of which became million-sellers. 1980's "FOOLISH BEHAVIOUR" reached No. 12 on the U.S. album chart, and was followed by the release of the "World Tour," which was followed by the release of "FOOLISH BEHAVIOUR" on the World Tour. The album's release coincided with the start of a world tour. The highlight of the tour, the sixth night of the tour on December 5 at Wembley Arena in London, was recorded for radio broadcast and aired on the popular American radio program "KING BISCUIT FLOWER HOUR". This is the first time that the original recordings have been remastered for release on CD, and this album is a complete recording of the concert.
