Previously unreleased, CCR's legendary 1970 live performance at London's Royal Albert Hall has finally been released. Long rumored to be a phantom recording, the complete Creedence Clearwater Revival concert at London's Royal Albert Hall on April 14, 1970, is now being released officially for the first time! In 1980, an album titled "The Royal Albert Hall Concert" was released, but it turned out to be a live recording made in January 1970 at the Oakland Coliseum in California. This is the first time! This is the first time that a live recording of the Royal Albert Hall has actually been released! The original multi-track tapes, stored for nearly 50 years, were painstakingly restored and mixed by Grammy Award(R) winning producer Giles Martin and engineer Sam O'Kel.Together, they have directed numerous acclaimed projects, including The Beatles' LOVE, the 50th anniversary editions of Abbey Road and Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, and the audio for Peter Jackson's The Beatles: Get Back. Miles Showell mastered the 180g weight LP at Abbey Road Studios using half-speed technology for the highest quality listening experience.
