Slide guitar specialist Rick Vito, who has played on numerous albums by top artists such as Bob Seger, Bonnie Raitt, Maria Mulder, Jackson Browne, and John Mayall since the 70's, and was a member of Fleetwood Mac in the 80's, is back with his 11th solo album! Rick Vito's 11th solo album! The album features 12 original songs, including the theme song, which expresses his passion for his beloved Cadillac, and "It's Two A.M.," a WC Handy Award-winning classic for Shemekia Copeland, as well as other moody blues-rock tunes. Rick Vito was born in 1949 in Pennsylvania, U.S.A. He emerged as a slide guitarist in the early 1970s and began his career as a session player. He has played on numerous albums with top artists such as Todd Rundgren, Bob Seger, Bonnie Raitt, Maria Mulder, Jackson Browne, and John Mayall. He then joined Fleetwood Mac from 1987 to 1991, playing on the 1990 album "Behind the Mask," among others.Since then, he has consistently released solo albums since 1992's "King Of Hearts," including "Crazy Cool" in 2001 and "Talk That Talk" in 2006, for which he received a Blues Music Award. In 2009, he joined Mick Fleetwood's blues band during Fleetwood Mac's hiatus and released the album "Blues Again! In 2015, he released his first solo album in a long time, "Mojo on My Side" and in 2019, "Soulshaker".
