Harmonica player Rob Stone, who has played with many Chicago legends including Sam Ray and is popular among Japanese blues fans for his numerous visits to Japan, has released his latest album, his first acoustic blues album recorded in Tokyo and Kawasaki! With Hiroshi Eguchi (bass) and Erena Kato (piano), two of Japan's leading players who have also played in the U.S., the trio performs vintage blues and R&B from the 40s and 50s, including Solomon Burke, Walter Davis, Amos Milburn, Louis Jordan, Red Berry, and more. The music is performed in a relaxed atmosphere.
