Hidenori Komatsu, a baritone who is a professor at the University of Music and Performing Arts Bremen and a tenured professor certified by the Federal Republic of Germany, has recorded three Bach solo cantatas. This collection includes all three of Bach's solo cantatas for bass, which are known for their excellence among the solo cantatas left by Bach during his time in Leipzig.
