Their first single "Vice Sour" will be released on 7-inch vinyl on "Record Day"! Mother Bunka Mura, a Hip-Hop unit consisting of trackmaker/rapper Monkey and foodie-fee-mail rapper YUKKO, will finally release their first single "Vice Sour". The one-of-a-kind worldview extracted from a life style spent with the people of Sancha is still in the process of cell division. The B-side features "Don't stop the breakbeats," another killer tune that is representative of the mother culture village! On the back side of the jacket, you will find word-for-word rap lyrics intertwined and woven by Monkey and YUKKO. Based in Sangenjaya, which is arguably at the forefront of Tokyo's underground scene, the mother has been dedicated to a strictly on-site approach, from DJ BAR Tengu Shokudo, 32016 (Umechan Bar), Shibuya's Aoyama Bee, club asia, the now defunct big box Contact, and other venues to outdoor rave parties. The live shows at Bunka-mura have always been a great success, no matter when or where you hear them.The first single "Vice Sour" since its formation in 2019 will be released on "Record Day" under the double label of "Rawmen Records", an analog record store essential to the Sancha scene (which turns into a DJ bar on weekends) and "Reach the Beach Records", a new label of Toyo Kasei. 7-inch vinyl release! The mastering was done by Sota Takagi (music producer, filmmaker, essayist), who is currently a core member of the lounge funk band CAT BOYS and the ultra-soul band SUPER CATS, resulting in a gorgeous and punchy sound. SIDE A: About Vice Sour] Vice Sour is an enchanting pink color known only to those in the know. This is a four-piece party tune about the sweet and sour taste and the incompatible intertwining of men and women. You & Me! I really like you, but I don't like you. You Are Enemy! Pink sours go best with the repeated barren nights. Cheers! SIDE B: About Don't stop the breakbeats] Love to breakbeats. Music that should never be stopped, I want to keep dancing endlessly as long as the breakbeats continue.This old school-like Hip-Hop tune expresses such feelings. The raw sounding breakbeats that switch one after another create a groove that contrasts with the sophistication of the music.
