Marillion is a British progressive rock band. Their classic album "FUGAZI", which led the British neo-progressive rock scene in the 80's, has been reissued as a deluxe edition on 3 CDs + Blu-ray disc, including a new stereo remix, a rare live recording from 1984, a documentary on the making of the album, and live footage. Marillion, a British progressive rock band that has been attracting many progressive rock fans in the U.K. and Europe for 40 years since their formation, is back with a deluxe edition of their classic album that led the British neo-progressive rock scene in the 1980s. Marillion's second studio album, FUGAZI, was released in March 1984. Following the highly successful debut album "SCRIPT FOR A JESTER'S TEAR", which reached #5 in the UK Albums Chart and was certified as a Gold album, the album was followed by "Assasing" and "Punch & Judy", The album was certified as a gold album and spawned two hit singles, "Assasing" and "Punch & Judy," which reached #22 and #29 on the UK Singles Chart, respectively. It was also the first album to feature Ian Mosley on drums and percussion, replacing Mick Poynter. FUGAZI" is now available in a deluxe edition consisting of 3 CDs and a Blu-ray disc, CD 1 of which features a 2021 New Stereo remixes of the original album by Andy Bradfield and Avril Mackintosh. Incidentally, the duo also did the new stereo remixes for the deluxe editions of Marillion's SCRIPT FOR A JESTER'S TEAR and CLUTCHING AT STRAWS.And CD2 and CD3 contain the complete live show at THE SPECTRUM in Montréal, Canada on June 20, 1984. At this show, they performed not only songs from "FUGAZI" such as "Assasing," "Punch & Judy," and "Jigsaw," but also songs from their debut album such as "Script For A Jester's Tear" and "He Knows You Know," as well as "Garden Party" and "Market Square Heroes. Garden Party" and "Market Square Heroes," songs that cannot be missed at their live shows, and "Chelsea Monday," the B-side of their single, are all included in the set list. (1/2)
