Future Soul band led by Ney Palm, a singer with overwhelming vocal ability and one-of-a-kind personality, has completed its latest album "HIATAS KAIYOTE"! The band is led by Naomi "Ney Palm" Saalfeldt (g, vo), Paul Bender (b), Simon Marvin (key), and Perrin Moss (ds), who is a unique individual with overwhelming vocal ability and a strong presence. The group has been nominated for two Grammy Awards and performed at the world's biggest festivals, including Glastonbury, and has built a solid international reputation with appearances at Fuji Rock's Green Stage, Summer Sonic, and Green Room here in Japan. 2015's After a hiatus from releasing music since 2015's "Choose Your Weapon," the band has just signed with Flying Lotus' Brainfeeder, which is also the subject of a Grammy Award-winning performance by their band Thundercat, to release their latest album, "Mood Variant," their first in six years! Variant", which was produced during a trip to Rio de Janeiro at the end of 2019, and features legendary Brazilian producer/arranger Artur Velokai. The members of the band felt a sense of freedom when they listened to the song, which was reborn with the addition of horns and strings by Velokai. The band's greatest work to date has been completed, and while retaining the organic and unique groove of the past, the sound has been refined and thickened, reaching the next level of sophistication and sound.The imported LP will be released in three versions: standard black vinyl, limited edition red-in-black ink-spot vinyl, and a deluxe version on glow-in-the-dark phosphorescent vinyl with a special sleeve and enclosed Polaroid photo and sticker.
