A new chapter begins! November 22, 2022, his debut as a composer-cellist - about a year and a half after his last Nippon Budokan concert as 2CELLOS. Luka Sulich, who has started a new path as a composer-cellist, has delivered his first album of his own compositions, all original compositions by Luka. In 2011, when Luca was still in his early twenties, he made his debut as 2CELLOS, performing rock masterpieces on two cellos with Hauser, and was studying to become a promising young cellist in the classical music world.In interviews, Luca has said that he would like to perform original works, and in 2019 he will release the world premiere recording of his own arrangement for cello of Vivaldi's "The Four Seasons," a famous classical masterpiece, deepening his interest in composition with each passing day. After a decade of touring around the world with 2CELLOS, Luka began to devote more time to composing, and his daily life with his four children became a source of inspiration for his compositions. As symbolized by the album title "Life," this album is a reflection of Luka's fulfillment as an artist.The sincere cello tone that Luca plays with all his might appeals to the deepest recesses of our hearts as listeners.
