One of the greatest rock albums of all time, Paul Simon's Grammy Award-winning album Graceland (released in 1986), has been given a unique 2018 remake. Groove Armada, Richie Ahmed, Paul Oakenfold, MK&KC Lights, Joris Vaughan, Joyce Muniz, Rich Pinder & Joco, Guy Borat, Seaberry Corporation, and Fortec have all added their own interpretations to the classic rock album. The first full-length remix album of the classic rock album. Graceland, which sold 16 million copies worldwide, was a legend in its production. By sampling a variety of sounds and elements of world music, Paul Simon created a masterful blend of pop, rock, and African Zulu ishikatamia and mbakanga dances. Says Richie Ahmed, who did the roaring remix of "Boy in the Bubble," "It's more than just an honor to do a remix of a Paul Simon song."It's my favorite track I've ever worked on. I usually say no! This album...opened our eyes to a whole new world of sound. We were allowed to choose our own songs to remix, so we decided to break the code. There's a horn riff in "Call Me Al," and we've been using it in our own DJ sets ever since we tried it at Fais Do-Do's Ballroom in Los Angeles in 1998. It brings the dance floor together beautifully and gets the crowd going.
