It features his sister Orly, who first performed with him on CD 10 years ago during their recording of Dvořák’s works for DG. According to Gil Shaham, “Prokofiev is a composer with whom I feel a special affinity. Both my sister and I grew up with Prokofiev’s music and have been playing it since childhood.
