Despite their more than half-century of activity and the twists and turns they have gone through, including numerous breakups, reunions, suspensions, and member changes, Yes still reigns as one of the top bands in the progressive rock scene. The re-interpreted version of their 2018 masterpiece "Fly From Here - Return Trip" is now available on UHQCD with obi, Japanese commentary, and bilingual lyrics! The original version of "Fly From Here" was recorded by Yes between tours in 2010 and 2011. The album was produced by Trevor Horn, the frontman of The Buggles and ex-Yes. The original version reached No. 30 on the U.K. album chart and No. 36 on the U.S. Billboard 200. Another version, titled Fly From Here: the Return Trip, features members from the classic Drama (original title) era, which reunited in 2018.In addition to all new vocals and new instrumental parts by Trevor Horn, the album features a more organic mix of unique vocals and bass playing by Chris Squire and additional parts by Steve Howe and Jeff Downes. Fly From Here: Return Trip was released on March 25, 2018 during the band's 50th anniversary tour and includes the six-part title track, plus a full version of "Our Of Need" and "Don't Take No For Answers," a song not included on the album. Bonus tracks include an additional unreleased instrumental mix.
