The Ebène Quartet captivates audiences with a wide repertoire ranging from Beethoven to contemporary music to Brazilian music including Piazzolla. This new album is titled "Round Midnight," a piece related to "night. Dutilleux's work, entitled "The Night is Round Midnight," was commissioned by the Koussevitzky Foundation for the Juilliard String Quartet, and is considered "one of the most important quartet repertoire of the 20th century," and has been repeatedly recorded by prominent ensembles.
