Tycho has been building an organic electro-dream pop sound that could be described as "Boards of Canada + Ulrich Schnauss," combining various elements such as downtempo, ambient, and trip-hop, with a retro lo-fi feel at its core. With this new album, Tycho continues along the same lines as before, but with a pleasant yet profound new sound that resonates with the current chillwave scene. The sound is a fusion of simple digital beats and layers of gentle, lyrical synth melodies that gently take the listener to new heights, while being colored by a rivery, psychedelic mood.
