In honor of Petronius, the patron saint of Bologna, the City of Bologna, the Cathedral, and the Municipal Theatre have joined forces to present a High Mass with soloists, choir, children's choir and orchestra, composed by Marco Taralli, a leading contemporary Italian composer. Taralli studied at the Conservatory of L'Aquila and also at the Franz Liszt Academy in Budapest, and has received acclaim for his symphonic works and operas in a wide range of genres.
