Actress Kaori Momoi's second album released in 1978 is now available on CD with the latest 2024 remastered version from the original analog master tapes and sold exclusively through Tower Records. (Produced by Ichiro Araki (including N.B.), the album features a fascinating collection of songs by such artists as Ichiro Araki (including N.B.), Hiroshi Sato, Hiroshi Kamayatsu, Hiroshi Kamayatsu, Takao Raise, Etsuko Raise, Mayumi Shinozaki, and Jiro Ushiro, with arrangements by Mickey Yoshino, Osamu Totsuka, and Goro Awamai, The group also includes Mickey Yoshino (key), Tommy Snyder (ds), Takayoshi Asano (g), Steve Fox (b), and other members of Godaigo (except Yukihide Takekawa), as well as Haruo Sodai (ds), Shuichi Murakami Ponta (ds), Tsunehide Matsuki (g), Tadahide Yoshikawa (g), and Takahiko Ishikawa (g), all with arrangements by Mickey Yoshino, Osamu Totsuka, Goro Awamai, and others. Shogo Kindaichi (b), Kazuya Sugimoto (b), Hiroshi Shibui (key), Kentaro Haneda (key), Tsuneo Oishi (ds), Goro Awami (key), Daisuke Takimoto (g), Masatsugu Shinozaki (vn), and many other splendid musicians.The album includes "My Heart is a Crossover" written and composed by Mayumi Shinozaki, who is also known as a monomaniac, the single "I Was Told Something Bad", the theme song for the NHK radio program "Young Kodama" on the B-side of which Kaori Momoi appeared regularly on Mondays, and the "Old Things", which occupies the majority of the B-side of the LP record. The music drama/radio drama-style "Silver Car Suite" (lyrics and music by Hiroshi Sato, arranged by Goro Awami) was written and composed by Ichiro Araki, and featured guest performances by Shigeru Izumiya, Hiroshi Kume, and B-Saku Sato.
