The performer, Shi Wen-ting, has won prizes at numerous international competitions, including the Leeds, Hong Kong International, and San Jose competitions. After studying at The Juilliard School, Yale University, the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, and the Berlin University of the Arts, she earned her doctorate from Northwestern University.
