They are in the same place but have never met. Joryu and Miyu both work at Double, a bar by night and a cafe by day." The only thing that connects the "night people" and the "day people" is their "byte notebook" for communication. At first it was only business communication, but gradually they began to write about their hobbies and worries. But in fact, the two were acquaintances. In addition, they were not on the same page at all, and their relationship was terrible. Without knowing each other's true identity, they promised to meet for the first time under the big onion (Budokan). Meanwhile, on a radio program, a story is told about a love affair with a pen pal from 30 years ago. The two meet for the first time at the Budokan... Will they be able to meet under the big onion? The film stars Kaede Kamio and Hiyori Sakurada and is directed by Shogo Kusano of "Aimitagai" and based on the song "Under the Big Onion" released in 1985 by the rock band Bakufu Slump, which celebrated its 40th anniversary. The music for the film is composed by Otomo Yoshihide, who has won numerous awards including the Record Award for Best Composition for his music for "Amachan.
