Description:
Intense! Pianist Pérez, the hottest pianist at La Folle Journée Festival, challenges the treasures of his native piano music Luis Fernando Pérez, born in Madrid in 1977, is an accomplished pianist who has been gaining fans with his unique pianism. Born in Madrid in 1977, Luis Fernando Perez is an accomplished pianist who appears at La Folle Journée Festival every year and is gaining fans with his unique pianism. Sitting on a low chair, he spins a roaring sound almost exclusively with his wrists and fingers, playing with extremely sharp technique and exhilaration. Many of you may have wanted to hear Granados' "Goyescas" because of your impression of Albéniz's masterful performance, and now it makes its long-awaited appearance. It is said that Granados' "Goyescas" was inspired by Goya's art, and it is a large piece of music that he poured his heart and soul into completing. It is complex in content and requires the highest degree of technical skill. With the exception of "Straw Dolls," which was added to the program later, Perez will present six pieces in all, giving us an interpretation directly from his former teacher La Rocha. The rhythmic quality that is the lifeblood of Spanish music shines through, and the chic verses are sigh-inducingly charming. The chic verses are sigh-worthy and charming, and the music is lighter than La Rocha's, which is typical of the new generation. What is even more exciting is Granados' own piano arrangement of the famous interlude from the opera "Goyescas," which Granados composed from the same material. Although simpler than the other six pieces, it is still a charming piano piece. The fill-up is "Poetic Waltzes. Compared to "Goyescas," it is simple, unforced, and superb salon music. The elegant melodies, with a hint of Spanish flavor, and fluid pianism by Moszkowski or Reynaldo Arn are perfect for Perez. The clear, beautiful sound is intoxicating. King International
