Scrappy's acid house classic "Freeze" by Jonathan Gilbert, who used to be a resident at Medusa's, one of Chicago's most important clubs after Twin Towers, is now reissued! This archival 2LP set includes previously unreleased material from around 1990 as well as another version of the song! Scrappy, who was the resident DJ at Medusa's when his DJ didn't show up, later produced and released "Freeze" with the Boxx Boys (Jim Marcus and Van Christie), who were already active as the industrial band Die Warzau. The result is "Freeze".Low, mad and primitive, this is Chicago House! The album also includes a previously unreleased version of "Don't You Wanna Dance," a garage house track released in 1990 on ATLANTIC featuring vocalist A'Lisa B, and an EDIT of "Welcome To My House" by Jerome Derradji, probably from the same period. The album also includes a previously unreleased version of GARAGE HOUSE's "Don't You Wanna Dance" featuring vocalist A'lisa B from 1990.
