This 2LP, recorded from San Anselmo, California and broadcast live by KPFA FM Berklee, is one of the most valuable treasures for VAN MORRISON collectors. Featuring early and late shows, the broadcast only reached the San Francisco Bay Area, but on the night of the concert, February 15, 1973, a winter storm hit, further limiting the broadcast. Van, who performed cuts from his then most recent studio album "ST. DOMINIC'S PREVIEW" and from the yet unreleased "HARD NOSE THE HIGHWAY", also sprinkled numbers from "MOONDANCE", "HIS BAND & THE STREET", and "TUPELO HONEY" into both sets. CHOIR" and "TUPELO HONEY" were also sprinkled throughout the show. Many cover songs were also included, and this is a gorgeous show from both the early and late stages of this 1973 concert, which has never been recorded before, but is rarely heard.
