The fourth collection of unaccompanied violin works by Anca Vasile Karaman! This is a new recording of all 12 Fantasias for Solo Violin, one of Telemann's masterpieces of violin music. Anca Vasile Karaman is a Romanian-born violinist who began playing the violin at the age of 4. After studying in Bucharest, she went to Rome to study at the Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia in 2006. He then went on to play internationally, mainly in Italy. Here Telemann's careful playing with modern instruments conveys his creativity. The series of Karaman's unaccompanied works includes three titles: "Paganini: 24 Caprices (STR37193)," "Bach: Sonatas and Partitas (complete works) (STR37196)," and "Ysaÿe: Sonatas for Solo Violin, Op. 27 (STR37200).
