She studied in Como and Brescia and took lessons from Aldo Ciccolini and Paul Badura-Skoda. Only the overture to "The Robber Magpie" is not by Liszt, but by an unknown 19th-century arranger published by Ricordi, but this arrangement also brings the themes of the work to life beautifully.
