The beautiful melodies written by Debussy are clearly expressed by the two instruments, as well as the complex multi-layered sounds and the unique spatiality, which can be intimate or expansive. The arrangement technique is intricate, and the music is very well done. The arrangements are elaborate; for example, in "Moonlight," the cello does not always sing the melody, but instead takes part in the inner voice, interacting with the piano. The album is highly accomplished as an arrangement album, and the key point is that it flows naturally with the famous cello sonatas. King International
