Once again, the anonymous and obscure music of soundtrack/library music is being reevaluated. This is a contemporary re-recording of music by composer Reinhard Van Bergen, selected from his library series "A Special Radio ~ TV Record" released by the Belgium-based Selection Records between 1976 and 1981. Hans Kusters, who was in charge of this re-recording, has succeeded in adding a modern touch by simulating the geometric shapes of these songs, using vintage and modern synths, while respecting the concepts of the past. The result is a magical piece that plays like a baby with the thoughtfulness of Erik Satie, the peachiness of new age, and the variety of synth sounds with the added bass of club music and beyond.
