Many people are not only familiar with the melody of a famous foreign song, but love it. Unfortunately, however, there are many people who are uncertain about the content of the songs, or who have misunderstood them because they only agree with the title of the song. Once you know how much fun it is to sing a song with Japanese lyrics that are the same as the original lyrics, your enjoyment will be doubled. This album contains two newly licensed songs, "In The Ghetto" and "A House Is Not A Home," the first of which is "In The Ghetto. Many people are not familiar with the word "ghetto," but the English-Japanese dictionary explains it as a slum. The song is about the reality of babies born unwanted in the slums and growing up in the ghetto, where they cannot stand the hunger, turn to crime, and finally die by being shot to death. The song was sung by Elvis Presley. This song resonates with me so much that I have tried to write Japanese lyrics for it many times over the past 20 years. I kept failing because it is a sad and dark song. But finally I was able to write it at the end of 2022.And with permission, we were able to publish it. I think everyone can agree that "A House is Not a Home." It is a song about how you need your loved ones to be with you in order to call a house a home. The other songs are also great songs.
